Turn into a Cartoon Character in Zoom Call

1. Download and install the Snap Camera app (works on Windows 10 or macOS 10.13 or later).

2. Launch the app and allow access to both the microphone and camera.

3. Start Zoom and enable Snap Camera as the camera input. On a Mac, click “Preferences” > select “Video” in the top menu. On other PCs, click the gear icon in the upper-right of the app then select “Video.” Then, from the drop-down menu labeled “Camera,” select “Snap Camera” rather than your current input.

4. Visit the Snap Camera app then select the cartoon filter you want from the carousel underneath the camera feed.

You can also use the settings to alter the virtual background and different video filters together with the Snap Camera filter video output to adjust to more effects as preferred.

The Pixar avatar will be enabled every time you create a new meeting or join an existing one. To disable the effect select the arrow next to the ‘Stop Video’ button and in the subsequent options switch to their webcam output directly.
