Airtel Kenya subscribers can only forward or divert calls to other numbers on different telecom operators by setting up the service using their device settings. This is means the service is available only on Smartphones. It is possible to set up all incoming calls when the number is busy or unreachable or you are unable to answer. Here is how you can set up call forwarding Airtel Kenya.

How to Set up Airtel Kenya Call Forwarding on Iphone

  • Launch the “Settings” app on your device.
  • Click on Phone.
  • Tap on Call Forwarding.
  • Drag the toggle right to turn call forwarding on.
  • “Forward To” section will appear, click on it.
  • Enter the number you are forwarding calls to.
  • Press back; all the calls will be forwarded. To confirm you will see the call forward icon at the top of your screen.

NOTE: You can only Forward all calls using the iPhone call forwarding service.

How to Deactivate Call Forwarding on Iphone

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Select Phone.
  • Tap the Call Forwarding option.
  • Drag the Call Forwarding toggle towards the left to deactivate.
  • The call forward icon will immediately disappear from your screen.

How to Set up Call Forwarding Airtel Kenya on Androids

  • Open the Settings app on your Android phone.
  • Click on Call Settings.
  • Then choose Call forwarding.
  • Select to either forward all calls, forward calls when busy, forward when unreachable and forward after a missed call.
  • Enter the number on which the calls will be forwarded.
  • Then click OK.

  • Then choose Call forwarding.
  • Tap on deactivate Call Forwarding.
