Airtime top-ups have never been easier before. Housing Finance bank customers can now buy airtime using their Housing Finance mobile banking wallet. To get started, the customer must have registered for HFB mobile. Registration is simple and immediate, all you have to do is visit the nearest Housing Finance bank branch. After successful registration, you can now perform different financial transactions on your mobile phone. Here is how you can top up airtime straight from your bank account.
Buy airtime Using Housing Finance Mobile Banking Wallet via Mobile App
Follow the steps below to successfully top-up airtime via the Housing Finance Bank Uganda app. The app is available on Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS.
1. Open the Housing Finance bank Uganda app.
2. Tap on the Login option.
3. Then enter HFB mobile pin.
4. Click on the “Airtime Services” menu from the list of displayed options.
5. Enter the recipient’s phone number and the amount of airtime you want to buy.
6. Follow the prompts then confirm the transaction with the HFB pin.
7. A confirmatory notification will be sent to both the airtime sender and recipient.

Buy airtime Using Housing Finance Mobile Banking Wallet via USSD Short Code
This is an alternative method for those with feature phones. First launch the dialer app then dial the code and follow the steps listed below;
1. Dial *225# and press the send button.
2. You will be prompted to enter your Housing Finance Bank Mobile pin. Press the OK button and enter the 4 digit HFB pin.
3. Select the number that corresponds to the Airtime Services option.
4. Enter the recipient’s phone number and the amount of airtime you want to buy.
5. Follow the prompts then confirm the transaction with the HFB mobile banking pin.
6. A confirmatory notification will be sent to both the airtime sender and recipient.
