In this Season, voting will be conducted via various platforms, including the mobile and website interfaces, along with the MyDStv and MyGOtv applications. Eligible participants are active DStv subscribers with qualifying packages, who are invited to cast their votes on the MyDStv and MyGOtv apps.
Vote on the Website
1. To begin, you will need to complete the registration process for voting on the Africa Magic website by visiting africamagic.tv/bigbrother.
2. Once on the website, Click on the “Vote” menu option.
3. Now tap on the Register button in the upper right corner of your screen. If you already registered, proceed to step 7.
4. Follow the registration process by providing your name, surname, username, year of birth, gender, location, phone number, and preferred password.
5. Verify your account by entering the OTP received via SMS on the registered number.
6. Accept the terms and conditions and you will be registered successfully.
7. After registration, you will be referred to the dashboard where you can vote for your favorite housemate.
8. To vote for your housemate, tap on their picture, select the votes that you are rewarding them, and click vote. You will have 100 votes for each round and voting is free.

Vote on My GOtv App or Dstv App
1. Make sure you have an active account with My Dstv App or GoTv app. Once that is figured out, sign in to your account.
2. Click on the “Explore More” button on the Account page. If you already registered, proceed to log in.
3. Then select “Vote for Your Winner” then tap on Register and carefully follow the provided instructions to complete the registration process. Provide your personal details including name, surname, year of birth, gender, location, and cell phone number in the international format (e.g., +234731234567). Confirm your smartcard number and choose a preferred password.
4. An OTP (One Time Pin) will be sent to your phone via SMS. Enter this OTP to verify your registration.
5. Once registered, you will be eligible to cast your vote after the show. Tap on your favorite housemate and cast your vote.
Quick Note: Voting through the MyDStv and MyGOtv Apps is free of charge. However, voting is related to tiers depending on the package that you are subscribed to. Below are the voting tiers for each package for each round. Also, be reminded that some voting platforms have a geographical restriction.
