How to Activate your Standard Chartered Banking Alerts Online

Follow the steps listed below to activate the Standard Chartered banking alerts online;

1. Do you have the SC mobile app? If the answer is yes proceed to the next step and if the answer is ‘NO’ download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS.

2. After the download is complete, open the SC Mobile App on your device.

3. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.

4. Tap on the Main Menu icon (three parallel lines).

5. Click on the Inbox option at the top left corner.

6. Tap on the Turn On button at the bottom to activate alerts.

6. Read and Agree to the terms and conditions.

7. Then enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

8. A successful registration notification will pop up on the screen.

9. You will now receive banking alerts anywhere, anytime.

How to Deactivate your Standard Chartered Banking Alerts Online

Follow the steps listed below to deactivate the Standard Chartered banking alerts online;

1. Launch the SC Mobile app.

2. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.

3. Tap on the Main Menu icon (three parallel lines).

4. Click on the Inbox option at the top left corner.

5. Tap on the Turn off button at the bottom to deactivate alerts.

6. Then enter the One-Time-Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number.

7. The alerts command will be deactivated successfully.
