Now that you have received a new ATM/debit card, you need to activate it so you can put the card to use immediately. The activation process is simple and can be done online. All you have to do is follow the steps listed below, click “Activate” then set a 4 digit pin to secure your card. However, all this is possible only if you registered for SC Mobile services. If you have not yet registered, you will need to visit the nearest Standard Chartered bank branch to activate your card. How to Activate your New Standard Chartered ATM/Debit Card & Set Pin Online

Follow the steps below to set activate your new Standard Chartered ATM/Debit card online;

1. First things first you need the SC mobile app. If you do not have the app you will need to download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS.

2. After successful download, launch the SC Mobile App on your device.

3. Click the Login button then log in to your SC Mobile app with your username and password.

4. Tap on the Service Requests option, under the main menu bar.

5. Select Card Management under the Service request icon.

6. Click on ‘Activate Debit Card & Set PIN’ to proceed.

7. Select the ATM/Debit card you would like to activate.

8. Key in your new 4-digit PIN and click on Next.

9. Then enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your mobile number to proceed.

10. Your Debit card will be successfully activated and your new PIN set.
