Step 1: Start-Job Post

To get started, go to LinkedIn Jobs. Alternatively, log in to your LinkedIn account, then click on Jobs. Step 2: Write the Job Description and Required Skills

On the Job Details page, you will be required to add a job description, select skill keywords to make the job viewable to more candidates, and also allow integration on how the candidates got to know about you. Upon completion of filling in the required details, click on Preview to preview how the entered information will appear to your audience and click “Continue” to proceed.

Step 3: Add Applicant Options & Screening Questions

Under the Applicant Options page, you will be prompted to add how you would like to receive your applicants and add screening questions that will enable you to sieve capable candidates. For the Quality Settings, check the “Filter out and send rejections to applicants that do not meet any must-have qualifications” option. Edit the rejection notice that will be sent to your unqualified applicants after 7 days of filling in the application. Next, click on “Continue for Free.” At this point, your job posting will be active on LinkedIn. If you wish to add the job compensation details, check the “Add Compensation Details.”

Step 4: Post Job

Once you all set and have fully entered all the required details, click “Post Job For Free.” Hereafter you can choose to promote the job to ensure that you are on top of the search results for your candidates.
