UgTechMag Tech Share is an incentive program to encourage the sharing of technical knowledge and technology content within the Ugandan community. You don’t have to be an experienced writer to contribute. If you have reliable technical information and practical experience, our editors will assist you with editing and publication.

Benefits of Joining UgTechMag Author Tech Share Program
You can choose to get paid with Mobile Money or cash. If you choose Mobile Money, you can get UGX 7,000 in Mobile Money for each article; if you choose cash, you will get paid for UGX 5,000- UGX 7,000 for each article according to the quality. Authors will receive an additional UGX 7,000 reward for each 10th article written. Authors may also earn commissions by inserting any referral code into their article.
HOW TO APPLY
Submit any sample article here or email editor ugtechmag@gmail.com. We will review your application and respond by email. Under normal circumstances, we will reply and provide feedback within two business days.
Write a Full Article
Proceed with writing the full article after receiving our feedback. Refer to existing tutorials on Getting Started, or have a look at articles by other Tech Share writers.
Publish your article
We will help you publish your article on the UgTechMag. Your article must be published on the UgTechMag before you can publish it anywhere else, such as your personal website or blog.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1) Currently, only English articles are accepted.
2) UgTechMag will check all articles prior to publishing to ensure that they are original pieces and meet our standards as well. Only eligible articles will be paid.
3) Articles must be published on UgTechMag before being published anywhere else, such as your personal website or blog.
4) The payment process will be conducted on 26th of the following month to ensure accurate payment and thorough financial processes. For example, if your article is published on January 15th, you will receive your payment on February 26th. In addition, if you refer 2 friends successfully in February as contributors, you will receive an extra UGX 10,000 (UGX 10,000 in Mobile Money for recommending friends). If the referral happened after the program end date, the rules of this campaign do not apply.
5) UgTechMag reserves the right to change or update the terms and conditions of this Program without notice. This includes adjusting the rules of the Program including the bonus amounts according to business needs, and terminating or revoking the incentives of users who disregard the rules or engage in behaviors including but not limited to: infringement of intellectual property rights, fraudulent registration, and malicious behavior.
