How to Register Next of Kin on your MPESA Account
- Dial *234*5# on your phone.
- Choose option 6, “Next of Kin”, from the list of displayed options.
- To proceed with the next of Kin set up- you will be prompted to enter the Pin.
- Next, enter the mobile number of your next of kin.
- On the next menu, you will be required to select desired identification document, press 1 for National ID.
- Enter their document number, such as ID number
- Now go ahead and verify the process.
