How to Contact MTN Customer Support in Uganda

MTN’s dedicated Customer Care representatives are available 24 hours to attend to all your inquiries, complaints, and basic service needs regarding MTN mobile money, Pay As You Go, MTN Public Access, and MTN Internet.

    Talk to Customer Care

Call 100 using your MTN line, then listen carefully to the voice prompts and choose options according to your preference. This service is free of charge.

Note: MTN will only allow you to talk to a customer care agent after you have selected the reason for contacting customer care. Some reasons have automated voice responses. Therefore, every time I want to speak directly to the MTN customer care agent, I select the reason as “Mobile Money” and then finalize it with “Mobile Money Reversal“. This way, you will be connected to the MTN customer care agent immediately.

Call 0771 001 000. You can always dial this number from another network or using your MTN line. However, this service is not free but you will get connected to a customer care agent immediately.

Contact Customer care via Social Media

You can choose to send MTN customer care agents a message via their different social media platforms. I have tried it and I usually get a response from the team in about 30 minutes or less.
