How to Check Your EcoBank Account Balance Online in Uganda
EcoBank Mobile gives you two alternative options to help you check your account balance. The first alternative, you can use the EcoBank USSD shortcode (*235#), and the second alternative you can use the EcoBank Mobile app. Whichever method you prefer to use, you must have registered for EcoBank mobile banking services. Follow the procedures listed in the methods below.
Use EcoBank USSD Shortcode
This method will suit all mobile phone types. However, the account holder should use the registered phone number. To get started launch the dialer and follow the step-by-step guide listed below;
Dial *235# and press the call button.
You will be prompted to key in the mobile banking pin. Click Reply or Press Okay and enter the Eco mobile banking pin.
Select a number that corresponds to the “Balance Enquiry”.
Enter the account number whose balance you want to know.
The account balance will appear on the screen.
Use EcoBank Mobile App
Have you downloaded the EcoBank mobile app yet? If not, this method will require you to download and install the EcoBank mobile app from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. Follow the steps below to check your account balance.
1. Launch the Eco Bank Mobile app.
2. Tap on login then log in with your pin.
3. On the home page, scroll right to select the account whose balance you want to view under accounts.
4. The account balance will show just below the selected account.
