How to Check your Exim Bank Account Balance Online in Uganda
There are two different methods that can help you know your account balance; method 1: the customer can use the Exim bank Uganda mobile app, method 2: the customer can use the USSD short code (*298#). Whichever method you choose, you should have registered for Exim mobile banking services to complete the task.
Use Exim Bank Uganda Mobile App
This method will require the account holder to download and install the Exim bank Uganda mobile app on their device. The app is available on Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. After successful download, follow the steps below to know your account balance.
1. Launch the Exim bank Uganda mobile app.
2. Click login then log in with your username and Password.
3. Tap the Accounts feature at the bottom left bar.
4. Scroll left and select the account whose balance you would like to know.
5. The account balance will appear on the screen.

Use USSD Shortcode (*298#)
This is an alternative method for individuals who have feature phones or smartphones and they do not prefer to download the app on their device. To get started, launch the dialer then follow the prompts as described below;
1. Dial *298# and press the send button.
2. Enter mobile banking pin.
3. Select a number that corresponds to the Account Balance option.
4. Choose an account whose balance you would like to know.
5. The account balance will appear on the screen.
