How to Transfer Money from Airtel Money to KCB Bank Account
Follow the steps below to successfully send money from your Airtel Money mobile account to your KCB bank account;
1. Open the phone app then dial *185# and press the SEND button.
2. Choose option 7 which is Financial Services.
3. Choose a number that corresponds to the Banks option.
4. Go to the next page by entering 10 then select a number that corresponds to the KCB bank option.
5. Input the Account number as prompted by the system.
6. Enter the amount that you want to transfer into your bank account.
7. Confirm transaction with Airtel Money pin.

How to Transfer Money from MTN Mobile Money to KCB Bank Account
The steps below will guide you on how to send money from MTN MoMo wallet to your KCB bank account;
1. Open the phone app and dial *165# then press the call button.
2. Enter a number that corresponds to the Financial Services option (option 6).
3. Select option 1, Bank Deposit since we are transferring funds from mobile money to bank account.
4. Go to the next page (press 00) and select a number that corresponds to KCB.
5. Next, you will have to enter your account number.
6. Enter the amount that you are willing to transfer.
7. Then confirm the transaction with MTN mobile money pin.
