Standard Chartered account holders can always reset their login credentials if need be. However, to access this service you must have registered for Standard Chartered Mobile banking services. Also, you will need to provide account details for identity verification. This article will guide you on how to reset Standard Chartered online banking login credentials in Uganda.

How to Reset Standard Chartered Online Banking Login Credentials
To proceed with this reset method you will need the SC mobile app. If you do not have the app you can download and install the SC Mobile App from Google Play Store for Androids and App Store for IOS. Follow the steps below to reset Standard Chartered login credentials (Pin & Username).
1. Launch the SC Mobile App and click the login button.
2. Click on the ‘Forgot?’ button.
3. Read and Accept Terms & Conditions
4. Select the ‘ATM or Debit Card’ option.
5. Enter the Debit Card number (16 digits),
6. Key in your ATM PIN and card expiry date.
7. Confirm the last digits of your mobile number on which you will receive the One Time Password (OTP).
8. Enter the One Time Password received via SMS.
9. Create and confirm your new ‘Username and Password to proceed with the successful Login process.
The steps above will only work if your account is not blocked. As soon as you realize that you forgot your login credentials, just hit the forgot button and follow through with the steps listed above. If you enter the wrong pin more than 5 times, your account will be blocked. To unblock your account, you will need to visit the nearest Standard Chartered bank branch in your area or contact Standard Chartered customer care.
