How to check your Pride Microfinance Account Balance Online
Pride Microfinance account owners can either use the Pride Mobile App or the Pride Mobile USSD short code (*250#) to know their account balance as described in the steps below.
Use the Pride Mobile App
Follow the steps below to check your account balance. For this method, the customer will need to download the Pride Mobile App on their device. The app is available on both App Store for IOS and Play Store for Androids.
1. Open the Pride Mobile App on your device.
2. Login with your Pride Mobile PIN.
3. Click on the Balance Enquiry option as shown on the Main Menu.
4. Your Actual balance and Available balance will appear on the screen.

Use the Pride Mobile USSD Short Code (*250#)
This is an alternative method for those who do not have a smartphone. All you have to do is dial the code using the registered phone number.
1. Open the dialer app on your device.
2. Dial *250# and press OK using the registered phone number.
3. Enter your Pride Mobile Pin.
4. Select a number that corresponds with the Balance inquiry option.
5. Your account balance will be sent to the registered phone number via SMS.
