Equity Bank allows customers to check their Equity account balance online. However, this service is available for customers who registered for Equity mobile banking. Click here to register. When you register for mobile banking successfully, you will receive a password to use while logging in to the app or the website. There are two ways to check your balance online; shortcode, and Eazzy Banking app.
Check your Equity Account Balance Online via Eazzy App
1. Open your Eazzy app.
2. Log in with your M-pin.
3. Click on Tap to Display option on the home menu.
4. Your Account balance will display on the screen.
Use USSD Short Code to Check your Equity Account Balance Online
1. Dial *247# and press OKay.
2. Enter your M-pin.
3. Select option 4, Balances.
4. Opt for option 1 to Select Account or option 2 to check the balance for All Accounts.
5. If you have selected option 1, proceed to select the Account whose balance you want to know.
6. Select to view the balance “On Screen” or via “SMS”.
