Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) is a game show aired both on DSTV and GOTV. Since the content that is aired is PG 18, parental guidance is strictly advised. However, if you do not have the time to supervise, you can choose to opt-out or block this channel. This article guides you on to block BBNaija on GOTV,DSTV.
How to Block BBNaija on GOtv
1. Press the Green GOTV button or Menu button on the remote.
2. Scroll down and select Parental Control then press OK.
3. Enter your parental PIN then press OK to confirm. The GOtv Parental Control default pin is 1234. If you have forgotten your pin, click here to find the solution.
4. Select Blocking options.
5. Change Global Blocking to Personalise (press the left and right buttons).
6. Press Exit to go back to the previous menu.
7. Select the Block Channels option.
8. Choose BBNaija channel and press OK. The padlock icon will appear on that channel.
9. Click the TV button to exit.
NOTE: You can also call GOTV Customer care for guidance or just choose to pay GOTV packages that do not grant access to BBNaija.

How to Block BBNaija on DSTV
1. Press the Menu button or the blue button on your DStv remote.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Opt for the Parental Control option and press OK.
4. Enter the pin code. Remember the default pin code is 1234.
5. Select the Blocking then Global Blocking option.
6. Turn on Channel blocking.
7. Opt for Select Blocked Channels and press OK.
8. Select BBNaija Channel and press OK.
9. Press the return button to exit.
