Fix your suspended GoTV account
1. Reboot your decoder
When you notice that your GoTV is showing account suspended, you probably have renewed your subscription while your decoder was off. Rebooting your decoder will correct this error and once it’s on-again, it should be able to reflect your new subscription.
2. The self Portal
- GoTV’s self-help portal is also important in clarifying such errors. To do this, go to GoTV self portal on their official website
- Check at the back of your GoTV card for the IUC decoder number
- Fill this number in the self portal field and click on clear. This will clear all queries associated with your GoTV account at that time.

Fix your suspended Startimes accounts
If you are seeing this with Startimes, then, you either need to renew your subscription or your decoder isn’t catching the appropriate signals it requires. Below are some steps to clarify this issue in Startimes decoders.
- Try changing the position of your Startimes indoor antenna for it to pick stable signals.
- If the problem persists, you may choose to install another antenna in this case.
- If you are not sure of the last date you subscribed, that will require you to renew your subscription
- Lastly, visit the nearest Startimes shop, or call the customer helpline at +2560417117700 when the problem persists.
