How to Register for EFRIS URA

The Electronic Fiscal Receipting and Invoicing System (EFRIS) is a government-certified program that manages e-receipts and invoices. Kakasa with EFRIS will ease the way you run your company business since it helps you with bookkeeping, inventory, and track business transactions in real-time. This article guides you on how to register for EFRIS URA.

To Register for EFRIS URA;

1. Go to the URA web portal.

2. Select the e-invoicing feature from the listed menu.

3. The Efris portal will open.

4. Click on login and enter your log-in details (Login ID-TIN and password).

5. Enter OTP that has been sent to your email or SMS then click login.

6. A new page will open. Click on the Registration option on the left menu.

7. Select the First Time registration option.

8. Fill in the required details of section A- Tax Payer’s details, section B- Purpose of registration, and section C – Supporting document.

9. Click on Submit, you be prompted to click the YES option to confirm submission.

10. And just like that, you will have registered for EFRIS URA.
