How to Issue an Invoice on EFRIS

1. Go to the URA web portal

2. Select e-invoicing option from the listed menus.

3. The EFRIS web portal will launch.

4. Login with your TIN and TIN password.

5. You will be prompted to enter OTP. The OTP will be sent on either your phone or email.

6. Under Fiscal Document management, click Issue.

7. Fill in both sections of the form.

8. Read through the invoice to check if all information is correct.

9. Go back to the previous page and click on generate the invoice.

10. The invoice will be generated. The invoice will be distributed to the seller, URA and the buyer.
