1. Connect the Laptop to the TV using the HDMI cable
The only way to turn your digital TV into a smart TV is by use of accessories in this case you will need a computer and HDMI cable. Both Laptops/PCs and Macs have a screen mirroring feature that connects the laptop screen to the TV screen once the cable is connected to the two devices(TV and PC/Mac). If your TV has no HDMI cable port, you can use an HDMI cable converter.
- Connect your laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable.
