5. On this page, you have the option to choose any of your previous order items if you want to support a specific item order. However, since you prefer to speak to a live person, click on “Something else.”

6. On the next page, you will find the option to select specific Amazon services you need help with. Instead, choose “I need more help,” which will open a chat window for further assistance.

7. Within the chat window, you have the option to utilize the chatbot for assistance with your inquiries. However, if you prefer to speak to a live person, just type in “talk to a real person.” You may be prompted to provide a bit more information, in which case, select “I need more help.” The chatbot will then allow you to engage in a conversation with an Amazon associate, or you can even request a callback for further support.

8. To request a callback, simply provide your phone number, and you will receive a call back for assistance. Please note that this option is available only for users located in the U.S., India, Guam, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico if you are accessing the Amazon.com website. If you are outside of these countries, like myself, it’s more suitable to opt for chatting with a live person through the chat window for support.
