SafeBoda Uganda never ceases to amaze with its new product lists and features that they continue to add to their app. It started with Safeboda food, which even with its quacks manages to fit into lay man’s online food ordering lifestyle. It also had the airtime purchasing option.

With this new Digital Wallet, Safeboda intends to overcome the send and withdraw charges that come with mobile money services providers. (That is Airtel, MTN, Africell and, UTL)

From my point of view, Safeboda is looking at becoming an independent cashless service provider which you can use for all your cashless transactions.

This is how Safeboda intends to overthrow telecom companies, by eliminating the withdraw and sending fees.

It intends to eliminate the transaction fees by having its users enjoy a cashless economy through Safeboda rides and Safeboda food. To add to this, there are airtime transactions (for self and others) that can be made through the app. Lastly, Safeboda also has package delivery services and paying for fuel with your credit.

All these four (5) products are powered by the Safeboda cashless wallet. Now, with the Safeboda Wallet loans, you will be empowered to top up more cash in case it runs out.
