How to share large files using Firefox Send

1. Open your web browser and navigate to send.firefox.com.

2. The Firefox Send home page will open. Now drag the files you want to send into the “Drag and Drop Files” box. The file can not be greater than 2.5 gigabytes in size or else you will get an error. The files will appear in the box.

3. Find the options at the bottom of the “Drag and Drop files” box where you can adjust your files to no longer be available after a particular number of downloads or a specific number of days. To add a password to your send document, click on “Protect with a Password” and create a password. Hereafter, recipients will have to enter the password in order to download the file.

4. Click “Upload” when you are ready to upload your File to Firefox Send.

5. Upon successfully clicking upload files on Firefox Send, your file will be encrypted and ready for sending to the recipient. Now, click on “Copy link” to share the link with the recipients.
