b) Google Drive

Google Drive allows users to store files in the cloud, synchronize files across devices, and share files. Besides a web interface, Google Drive offers apps with offline capabilities for Windows and macOS computers, and Android and iOS smartphones and tablets. Google Drive comprises Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides, which are a part of the Google Docs Editors office suite that permits collaborative editing of documents, spreadsheets, presentations, drawings, forms, and more. Files created and edited through the Google Docs suite are saved in Google Drive.

To share files with google drive, click on the colored plus button (labeled “New”) in the upper left corner immediately below the Drive logo on the desktop site.

Choose Upload a file or a folder. After the upload, tap on the icon with a person and a plus to share the file.

You can share with another person’s email account or copy and send a link to the file with the person. That is how to share files with google drive. We discuss our third last way of sharing large files using DropBox next. Stick around!

c) DropBox

Dropbox is a place for all your work where you can store and share files, collaborate on projects, and bring your best ideas to life—whether you’re working alone or with colleagues and clients.

You can invite someone to view your files or folders by sharing a link or setting permissions. If you need someone to be able to see your files, but not edit them, you can send them a link to that file, or you can give them view-only permissions.

When you share a link with someone, they can view the file or folder on dropbox.com. You can send a link by email, Facebook, Twitter, instant message, social networks, wherever you want. You can share these links with anyone, even if they don’t have a Dropbox account. Lastly, we discuss Send Anywhere.

4. Send Anywhere

Send Anywhere is a free cloud-based service that enables users to send and receive files instantly within a few seconds from any device to anyone in the world. This file-sharing and peer-to-peer solution offer a highly streamlined interface wherein registration can only take a matter of minutes. Once your account has been confirmed, the transfers can immediately begin.

The application also has a mobile version on both iOS and Android.
