A Mini Statement is a compressed form of account statement that shows you details of the last 5 account transactions. The NSSF account mini statement will detail money deposited, money withdrawn, and the relevant charges. If you want to know your account history online, you need to have registered an account with National Social Security Fund (NSSF).

Use USSD Shortcode to Get NSSF Mini Statement

1. Dial *254# and press the call button.

2. At this point, you will be prompted to select the language that you prefer to use (English or Luganda).

3. Next, select a number that corresponds to Balance. Currently, Balance is option 3.

4. Choose option 2, Mini Statement.

5. Your NSSF mini Statement will display on the screen.

Note: The account holder should use the registered number to access the NSSF account statement.

How to Get NSSF Account Statement Online via the NSSF GO App

1. Download and install the NSSF GO app on your device.

2. Login with the registered phone number.

3. On the main menu you will see the current balance option, click on it to proceed.

4. Your NSSF account statement will display on the screen.

Get Mini Statement via the NSSF web portal

1. Launch your preferred browser.

2. Go to nssfug.org.

3. Tap on the self-service drop-down menu and select the “check balance” option.

4. Click on “login to your account”.

5. Then login with either your registered mobile number or registered email.

6. After successful login, click on the mini statement.

7. Your account mini-statement will display on the dashboard.

Request Statement via SMS.

1. Open the Messaging app.

2. Click on Compose New Text then type “MINI”.

3. Enter the recipient’s contact as 6773 and press the ‘send’ button.

4. The account statement will be sent via SMS to the account holder.

Note: The account holder should use the registered number to access the NSSF account statement.
