The Android TV that you own must have come with a smart remote control that responds to voice commands for performing tasks like navigating the interface. However, in times when the remote is not in your arm’s stretch length, or you’re finding it difficult to type with the D-pad on the remote, or the remote may have stopped working altogether, you can alternate using your Smartphone as a remote control. Of course, as you are thinking right now, you could be wondering how will your smartphone shapeshift into a remote. Well, it is simple, you will need to download a third-party app. In my case, I downloaded the Android TV Remote on my device but you can choose to get a remote app of your choice.
