How to Check your Finance Trust Bank Account Balance Online
The Finance Trust bank customers can check their account balance by dialing the Trust Mobile USSD shortcode (*224#) or by checking the balance via the Finance Trust Bank mobile App. For whichever method the customer prefers, they must have registered for Trust mobile banking to access this service.
Use Finance Trust Bank Mobile App
If you do not have the FTB mobile app, you will be required to download and install the app from Google Play Store. After successful download, follow the steps below to view the account balance.
1. Launch the Finance Trust Bank mobile app on your device.
2. Click on Login and log in with the required login credentials.
3. On the Main Menu page, select the Accounts option.
4. A list of all the attached FTB accounts will be displayed.
5. Tap on the account whose balance you would like to know.
6. Then from the drop-down menu, select the “Balance” option.
7. The FTB account balance will appear on your phone screen.
Use USSD Shortcode
This is an alternative method that favors all phone types (smartphones and feature phones). To get started, launch the phone dialer and follow the prompts as listed below;
1. Dial *224# and press the send button.
2. Next, you will be prompted to enter your mobile banking pin. Click Reply/press the Okay button, enter the Trust Mobile pin as prompted then press the send button.
3. Choose a number that corresponds to the “Check Balance” option.
4. Select the account whose balance you want to know. If you have one account, select option 1.
5. The account balance will appear on the screen.
