Steps to Apply & Obtain NSSF Clearance Certificate Online
Option 1: If you aren’t registered with NSSF
- Go to www.nssfug.org.
- Select NSSF Clearance Certificate.
- Enter employer particulars.
- Upload your payrolls, salary slips and URA PAYE returns for the last 6 months.
- Fill in your email address and password then follow the steps.
- You will receive your NSSF Clearance certificate within 24 hours via email.
Option 2: If you are registered with NSSF
- Go to www.nssfug.org.
- Under Particulars, Select Yes for Registered with NSSF. You’ll be redirected to the NSSF employers portal.
- Log in with your email address and password
- Tap the menu icon at the top right corner (check image below)
Select Compliance Certificate and continue with the procedures.
