Kyambogo University upgraded its system from Academic Information Management System (AIMS) to Academic Management Information System (ACMIS). All Students records are being migrated to ACMIS. Here is how you can access Kyambogo University Student’s portal.

Access Kyambogo University Student’s Portal
- Open your preferred browser ranging from Chrome to Mozilla to Safari to Opera or Edge.
- Search for https://myportal.kyu.ac.ug/ in a new tab. This is the official web link to visit the Student portal.
- Tap on “Reset my Password”
- To reset your password, click on “Request Token”, Enter your STUDENT NO. If the password and Student number are a match, a new password reset token will be sent to your email and phone.
- Open your email or SMS to retrieve your token. Enter the reset token and input your new password and click reset.
- Try Logging in to your portal by clicking on sign in here. Enter your student number and password. Your student portal will open. The portal is accessible online. Ensure you have internet and your university email available. All students of Kyambogo have university emails assigned to them.
How to View and Verify Results on Student Portal
The results for graduating students are being migrated from the Academic Information Management System (AIMS) to ACMIS. Here is how you can check your results using ACMIS portal.
- Open your preferred browser ranging from Chrome to Mozilla to Safari to Opera or Edge.
- Search for https://myportal.kyu.ac.ug/ in a new tab. This is the official web link to visit the Student portal.
- Log in to your portal using your Student number and password.
- Click on Program on the displayed menu on your left.
- Tap on My Results. All your results from the first year, first semester till date will show on your screen.
